Common Checks
- Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
- Keep the sand art device powered on and nearby.
- If scanning does not find the device, stop and start scanning again.
- If the device still does not appear, turn your phone's Bluetooth off and on, then scan again.
- If the app asks for Bluetooth permission, grant the permission and return to the app.
- If connection remains unstable, restart the sand art device and try again.
